By using Comments Miner, you agree to these Terms of Use. We provide a YouTube comments analyzer and extractor service relying on third-party APIs (such as the YouTube Data API, Google Gemini, Deepseek). You agree to adhere to the terms of service of any third-party platform you extract data from.
To protect our infrastructure, all accounts are subject to limits based on their account type and purchased credit packs (e.g., Basic, Growth, Super). We temporarily track IP addresses for unauthenticated guest users solely to enforce free scan limits. Attempting to bypass these limits via automated scripts or VPN cycling may result in an IP or account ban.
Our Insights, AI Hooks, and Custom AI Chat responses are generated by Large Language Models (LLMs). While we strive for high accuracy, AI can occasionally hallucinate or misinterpret context. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated hooks or insights before using them in your business or content.
Free tier usage is provided "as is" with no persistence guarantees. Saved History logs and Deep Transcripts are only permanently maintained for active users who have purchased credit packs.
Comments Miner operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. When you purchase a credit pack (e.g., Basic, Growth, Super), those credits are immediately added to your account balance. All credits in your account expire exactly one (1) year from the date of your most recent purchase. If you purchase a new credit pack before your existing credits expire, the expiration date for your entire credit balance (both old and new credits) will be reset and extended to exactly one year from the date of that new purchase. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
