When you use our YouTube comments analyzer, we process public YouTube comments via the official YouTube Data API. We only collect the minimal personal data required for authentication (your email address) and usage tracking (to manage your pay-as-you-go credit packs).
We use your data solely to provide our service: allowing you to search, export, and analyze YouTube comments. We do not sell your personal data. The comments processed by our system are sent to secure AI models (like Google Gemini) to generate sentiment analysis and actionable insights.
We use third-party services including Supabase for authentication and database management, and Vercel for hosting. By utilizing Comments Miner, you also agree to the privacy policies of these respective third-party infrastructure providers.
Your reports and exported YouTube comments are stored securely. Only you have access to your historical logs. Free users' logs may be periodically cleared, while users with active credit packs have their data retained.
